This place has a ton of character! I had the veg-mex quesadilla which was a bit soggy from all the salsa. My husband had the nachos, the portion was gigantic! There is tons of seating, both indoor and outdoor, which was really nice.
I expected this place to be fun and tasty and was STILL pleasantly surprised. The seating area is comfortable and engaging. My fish burrito was HUGE and stuffed with deliciousness, and there were recognizable chunks of avocado in the guacamole, which I love. Milkshakes and rootbeer floats also get the thumbs-up.
Edit: I went back a few days later and got nachos. So, so good! I wish this place was in my town, so I could keep going back.
An excellent experience. All the more amazing given its location in Alaska. The food was excellent and was ready quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was definitely unique as you get your food from a bus that was turned into a food truck. Luckily, they do have indoor seating available in a separate (but semi-attached) structure.

Crazy good food way up north. A quick stop after heading in from the backcountry for a bite and wow! I had the enchilada which looked to be about the size of a football. The taste was amazing, the service incredible, and I can’t wait u til my next 3000+ mile trip back here to eat again.
Baja Taco is a really good place for some vegetarian food. The team is super nice and the food is great.
Steak fajitas special, old bull walked to death, browned and put on plate, not seasoned, beans barely cooked watery sour cream, simply awful, had to give to the dog.
Excellent place Super friendly staff ready to make you Happy !!! Your In Cordova so cant be a bad thing happening!! Get you some good food here everyday!!
Wonderful breakfast and drinks, The staff is very friendly and we were so happy. I especially enjoyed my Huevos Rancheros.
Burrito baby so big and messy that it could not be picked with hands to eat.
